Your purchase includes a Lifetime Guarantee against defects that may cause loss or damage to your jewelry's setting or accent gemstones and/or diamonds. In the case of diamond and/or gemstone rings, our guarantee also includes a one-year replacement guarantee against the loss of your jewelrys’ center diamond or gemstone.
- The Limited Lifetime Guarantee covers all the products we sell.
- SuperJeweler will replace any side gemstone or diamond lost at any time during the LIFETIME of the purchaser or gift recipient, and will replace any center gemstone or diamond lost in the first ONE YEAR of ownership.

Returning an item for a Lifetime Guarantee claim is easy. Follow these simple steps:
- Securely place your item in the original box or use another form of secure packing material.
- Include in the package your original SuperJeweler packing list or a written note clearly noting your name, phone number, and email used for the purchase.
NOTE: If your address has changed since your original purchase, you must include the new address in the package. Otherwise, your item will be shipped to the wrong address. - Use a trackable shipping method to confirm delivery to SuperJeweler.
- Shipping insurance and shipping costs to SuperJeweler are your responsibility.

WHAT TO KNOW
- SuperJeweler must do all jewelry repairs, alterations or resizing, otherwise this guarantee is void.
- You must have proof of purchase- original order number or the purchaser’s name and approximate purchase date. Sending the original receipt is the best!
- Guarantee claims must be made by the original purchaser or the original gift recipient.
- SuperJeweler can repair fine jewelry purchased elsewhere. Let SuperJeweler give you a quote.
- Lifetime Guarantee does not apply to non-jewelry purchases.
