Super Jewelers told UPS not to allow the hold for pick up option, so I have missed my Engagement ring's delivery twice now. If they would have allowed hold for pick up, I would have had it LAST WEEK!!--Randi1984.

The set that I purchased was very beautiful and worth the cost. I have not had it appraised yet but plan to in the near future. The only problem that I had was that it said it would be shipped in 5 days but took 2 full weeks before it ever began being shipped. However, I did recieve it and am satisfied with the purchase. I will probably purchase more items from this site but I will be sure to order them at least a month in advance!!--A.

I got this ring set from my fiance for a xmas gift, i loved it, looks GREAT far away but looks cheap up close,has hardly any sparkle to it . I got it on Dec 31st and not even a month later(1-18-2010) a side diamond fell out, I am now sending it back and will be receiving my money back, i guess you get what you pay for.--Lbell.

It took a week for them to ship it, even though i paid for 2 day delivery. However, they did overnight it when they finally did ship it. Once the ring got here, it was soooo beautiful! I was afraid the diamonds were going to be tiny in real life. They aren't! This ring is perfect! They also have it in different style centerpieces so if you dont want marquise they have round, and square also! I am so happy with this ring it is beautiful!--Rebekah.
