I love the earrings first and foremost. Just know that the settings are pretty large, so if you are looking for something that sits close to the ear, then you might want to look elsewhere. Also, I had them sized today by a certified gemologist and they found them to have 3 points, roughly being .10 of a carat per diamond. That puts them at roughly 1/5 of a carat total weight opposed to 1/3 ctw. Im emailing SG to see if there is anything they can do.--Chris.
Hi Chris, thanks for your review.The gemologist has measured the diameter only, and not the depth of the diamonds. This is only 1 part of the formula that is used to calculate the weight of a diamond.SuperJeweler guarantees that our weights are correct.The only real way to determine the weight of a diamond or gemstone is to weigh it. To do that your jeweler would have to remove the diamonds from the settings.
