I’ve purchased several items from this site. Never had any issues. Recently I purchased a pair of earrings. First time I wore them I lost one. The backing must’ve been loose. That being said I contacted customer service and explained what had happened. I asked if I could just buy one stud you okay replace the one I lost. I was so surprised to find they mailed me another new pair! No charge! I will definitely buy more items and refer them to family and friends. So pleased! --Anne.
