I was nervous about making a purchase of this kind on-line. I didn't know if the product would be real or if I would receive it at all. I felt reassured by the immediate phone call follow-up to confirm I was who I said I was and that I had placed the order. When the piece arrived it was beautifully packaged and came with an appraisal summary and free cleaner. The piece is lovely, better in person than the picture by far.
