Cheap, Damaged - OK customer support

I purchased this item for my wife. Item arrived quickly, but was damaged. Hole for necklace was pulled through, so it was obvious and should have been caught. Probably a previous customer's problem, "thoughtfully (not)" passed on to me. In addition, while the price was good, stones were obviously mismatched and setting was cheap and flimsy. Don't expect any bargains or you will be disappointed.--pbr.
