This ring is described as a Traditional Diamond Bridal Set in 1.4 Karat Gold (White). I bought this ring on behalf of my dad for he and my mom's 60th wedding anniversary. My mom loved it initially but we noticed after a few weeks the ring went from having a silver tone to having a dark gray tarnished look. It almost began to look black in color. I used the cloth they provided and it still had the same tarnished look. I immediately emailed to complain. The gentlemen I spoke to indicated that depending on what my mom was putting her hands in could impact the ring. I explained that besides soap and water... nothing. The purpose of buying a bridal set is to never take it off and it should withstand any type of conditions. My dad was so embarrassed that the ring that he bought for his long-term bride only lasted for a month or so. I felt responsible since I was the one that found the ring, did my research and purchased it on his behalf. The man I spoke with was very unapologetic and only said I could return it if it was within 60 days. Shame on you for not even apologizing!!!!! My mom deserves so much more!!--Denise T.
