I ordered this ring and just received it today. Not only that it took a while to receive it, I was sent a size 8 when it clearly shows I ordered a size 7. I even spoke to someone that called me to apologize for the enhancer having some issues, yes this is another problem I’ve been waiting for this and today they tell me it’s still not done and have to wait till mid January so that person was nice and even repeated the size to me and I confirmed and here I am with the wrong size I get they are busy but it’s very disappointing. The chat customer service is good and helpful I hope I get my items soon. I bough other things from super jeweler and been happy --Wrong size send .

I purchased this ring as a gift, however I decided not as the coloring and clarity of the diamonds were inconsistent. I’ve ordered from super jeweler and some of the pieces I’ve received have been okay and some of their pieces I’ve returned. This ring is so disappointing I want to throw it in the trash! :-(. Diamonds are terrible quality, they don’t even look like diamonds. Also, after wearing this ring for only couple of weeks 3 diamonds fell out and the layer of platinum is very thin, already wore off and the brass underneath is exposed now. Would not recommend this one to anyone. --ADBS3.
