Engagement ring upgrade for my wife

I purchased this ring for my wife as a 20 year upgrade to her current wedding ring. She absolutely loves it!! We had some custom work done to it because the bands were a little thinner than She likes so we added 2 more bands to the ring to increase the band width and had all 5 bands soldered together. It looks fantastic!!! She hasn't stopped taking pictures of it and sending them to her friends and sisters. Karen in sales was an absolute GOD send. She went above and beyond with helping me find the 2 additional bands that would match the current ones and getting the rings soldered and shipped back to me in time for Christmas so that I could surprise my wife with a early Christmas gift. Wife actually loved the ring, tons of compliments, but unfortunately I have had to return the ring for repair, the whole 3 1/4 size stone setting came apart from the ring setting base, so it is in transit at this time 2-12-24, hope it will not be a long time for this action to correct it's self, we do love the ring, I had actually purchases multiple items, love them all so far, less this issue. I will be calling in a few days to confirm reception of the ring item being returned for repair., if were not to issue I would be giving a 4 star for ring, I will give a 5 star for Super Jeweler with customer service.--Ricky.
