I think you have the wrong picture on your posting. I received the right earrings based on the description - 24 diamonds, but the jackets I received look nothing like the picture above. Also I did not receive the appraisal or the jewelry cleaning cloth. My earrings did not sit well in the jackets so I had to get a jeweller to fix it. I am a little disappointed because I didn’t get what I thought I was getting, but the diamonds are nice, so I’m keeping them. You need to be more careful with your listings and when shipping you need to send everything that is included. --Roxsanne .
