The superjeweler personnel were very kind, called me to Mexico to recheck that the purchase was legit, that´s what I call personalized service!, also they told me when the purchase was going to arrive and specified the reason.

The ring looked very nice. However, I was very upset because of 3 reasons. I ordered a 9.5 ring and was sent a 9. Also, my ring was never gift wrapped or contained the message I wanted inside. I received the ring 2 days before my 1 year anniversary with my girlfriend. Being unable to give my girlfriend a ring that fits on our special day felt awful.--JohnB1891.
