Extreamely nice ring. I orginally ordered this in white gole but switched it to yellow gold. So glad I did. I have been getting alot of compliments on this ring. Its breath taking. Looks good by itself or paired with another ring. I love this site. This now makes my 16th diamond ring from here, and getting readyn to order another. But won't stop there. I really had my doubts about this website. I read so many bad reviews but I really wanted to propose to my girlfriend and I saw the perfect ring here for a wonderful price. Pros.
Cheap. At least when I bought. I bought for about half price of retail value.
Fast shipping and communication. I order it when hurricane Sandy was about to hit NY, they told me when and why my order was being shipped.
Cons.
Prongs are to high need to lower it down like 1 or 2 mm
Ring its very thin. Would have consider buying this one if I knew it was this thin. Would be great if sj.com add this information on each ring. Need to be 1mm thicker.
Blackspots on diamond are visible if I look at it closely against light.

I am happy with the overall apperance of the ring. However, the setting is very high from the ring it self. It's not as noticable looking at it from above but when looking at it from the side it is very noticable. It makes a very nice everyday diamond though. I was very dissatisfied with the delivery. It was to be delivered before Valentine's Day but did not arrive till 4 days later! I don't think I will order from here again:(--Nina.

The purchase took a few days more more than I thought it would for the transaction to go through, but when the item was shipped it came in exactly on time. The ring has very pretty color and sparkle but had a chip on the side of the diamond which wasn't bad enough to return it since the rest of the item was great. The chip only hurts the resell value and I am hoping not to ever have to resell it. Definitely a good place to purchase from if you need to buy more impressive jewelry for a lower price.--John.

The product is really great. Problems came from the customer service! I wanted my item shipped to a different address so that my girlfriend, who I live with, would not find it in the mail. Super jeweller GRILLED me about it. They would not process my order until I explained why the different address, why I was calling from the number I called from... everything save for my blood type! The woman i spoke to was very rude and intrusive! I was pissed off! I will probably never shop on super jeweller again.--S Smith.
