Questionable gold quality

Wore my ring 3 times then it tarnished, for a brand new 1.4k white Goldring after 3 uses shouldn’t have tarnished maybe it’s the 1.4k gold I should have paid cower attention to. Will need to set the diamonds in another band, not able to wear at this point. Should have worn the ring right when I purchased it so I could have sent it back for a refund now I’m stuck with this ring having to spend more money to reset it. Will not purchase from this company again.Highly disappointing. Now I’m going to a jewelry store to authenticate the diamond--Lee.
Tarnished after using twice

Bought this piece, nice diamonds, but confused how after two wears the band turned dark gray and dull. Very disappointed and will never order from this company again. I should have worn the ring before the 60 day guarantee was up.--Lee.
