Beautiful but wrong size

I bought one in January, nice and big so I reorder another one to match, they sent me one that's has to be 5-6mm with a 8mm appraisal card. From pulling it out, I seen it was beautiful but small and I put it to the one from January, totally different size. Disappointed but still a great buy, especially for the discount price but question is it real--J.T.
