Happy Wife, Happy with product, but not so happy with communication and customer service! I purchased ring set for my 15 year wedding anniversary and liked the option of paying over a 12 month period. While in the middle of said pay period I decided to upgrade the side diamonds to princess cut instead of round cut so I paid additional difference in cost up front. Long story short I requested a visual sample prior to shipping by a woman named Caren and was promised and told I would hear back in a week allowing them the time to build the rings to then provide the images prior to shipping in the event I was not pleased with results. Well I was never contacted and over 10 additional days goes by so I began calling to inquire. Next thing I know I receive a Fedex ship notice and product is delivered totally going against anything that was agreed upon or discussed. Supposedly they keep records/notes on file so not sure how that happened but Buyer beware! --Jgon.
