I expected flaws in these, given the clarity rating but they don't match very well when side by side, one earring is really pretty and very sparkled and the other has a massive "feather" that makes 1/4 of that earring look like a cloud. I called customer support and they were willing for me to send them back so they could send me a better matched pair but I decided to go ahead and keep what I already had, I have had bad experiences with Kay's jeweler when it comes to sending out for repairs and now I am scared when fix it or exchange it comes up. So, nothing bad about SJ service, I just really didn't want to return. I have one ear that is pierced a little crooked so I wear the bad earring in it and no one can really tell without taking a close look so I am happy overall with my purchase and do recommend these earrings as I do believe they are a great value.--Izzy.
