I ordered this ring when it was on a clearance sale and it was simply beautiful. The ring does come with the appraisal summary and a lifetime warranty card in a nice leather wallet. The only complaint I would have is the small box the ring is nestled inside is pretty ugly. I plan to use a different ring box when I propose.--Blake.
