-Accidentally ordered my ring finger size instead of middle finger size. Customer service fixed no problem!
-Received the ring, it was missing a diamond. Emailed customer service with a picture, they apoligized and sent a new one out for free, but in the original size that was wrong.
-So now I have a ring that fits with a missing diamond, and a ring that's too small but in perfect condition.
-Not in love with the ring overall, both sizes seem on the small side, even though I measured.
-Customer service was amazing and the reason I would buy from here again. They were fast, fair, and resolved my issues without hesitation or issue.--Jewel and unusual punishment.
