The 1 carat Moissonite necklace was ordered on the 22nd of July and not sent out till I emailed about it on August 2nd. This is not within the shipping time (within the USA standards) documented on the website. While the item description clearly states "solid white gold", I recieved a .925 Italian silver. If that wasn't enough to make me feel duped...the 1 carat Moissonite was light as a feather! I immediately contacted customer service to send it back for a refund rather than another chance to get ripped off by this firm. Buyer be VERY aware and educate yourself to see a knock-off when you receive it. :(--April.
