I hem hawed for a good while before I decided to just order the earrings. I read the return policy several times to make sure I would have a way to get my money back. I decide there was no way to lose. Boy, am I glad I did. The earrings are beautiful. They were delivered timely. I like them so much, I'm planning to order more from this company. As a plus, they came in a small box inside another small box with a bow attached. These would make a great gift straight out of the outer shipping container. Definitely would recommend.--christinak652.

Ordered these earrings right before Christmas. I wasnt sure about ordering expensive jewelry online, but I couldn't be more pleased. The packaged arrived a few days after the purchase. The earrings were packaged really well and they came in an attractive box. I was really impressed with quality and I felt like I got a good deal for the money. Lousy service I bought jewelry worth of approximately $4500 dollars from Dec 2018 tomato of 2019Your Director Jason who told me he did not need my business.He told me if you did not receive the ordered jewelry at Chistmas time his answer was to deal with the shipping company not us.I did not contracted with the delivery company.I paid 19.99 dollars for guaranteed delivery.The problem arose when I was not able to have any present for my wife of 42years.He was rude and I asked him can I speak your supervisor he said I do not have any boss I am it.First rule of any business is to be professional and then a good listener.If.i May suggest He should read a book written by Carl Albright called Service America.Well the most important thing you should do to revamps your calling center .Insist on providing timely response to customer calls concerns.You have excellent product product and price.Provide a great service you will increase your business volume.please take this as a suggestion.Thanks for the opportunity to share my thoughts.--Parvesh Singh.
