While I have no complaints about the jewelry itself, I did ask for this item to be shipped to a friend. They still sent it to me. I had to spend another $20 to ship it to the correct place. I was not offered any sort of coupon or discount. I don't think I should have had to pay for the second shipping. The pendant is nice... However, the necklace had a knot in it and the clasp is so small, my daughter really struggled to open it to just try on. The necklace and clasp should be upgraded to a larger size--Robert Frazier Jr..
