I got this ring last week and couldn't wait to give it to my fiancé. It did not disappoint at all, she loved it. Honestly, it's deceptively large, so if you fiancé isn't into a HUGE rock on her hand, this is the perfect size. I'm very pleased with my purchased this Christmas. God bless--Jake.

We received the ring just the other day in the mail and were very unhappy with the clarity. For a ring that's supposed to be $2500 regularly, it looked more like a $300 ring I would have gotten from Wal-Mart. Also the inside of the band is improperly marked. Everything else about our experience as far as shipping and ordering and such was fine, we just are not happy with the product. Can you tell me the steps for a refund?--L Varney.
