  I am very disappointed with these earrings..they arrived with one of the stones out of it's setting and it appears as if the prongs hadn't even been tightened around the stone as they were pointing straight up instead of being bent over as they would be if they had been properly applied to hold the sapphire. now I must rebox it and send it back, taking time out of my schedule to do so..I have ordered jewelry before and have always been very pleased so this came as a shock..the quality and the delivery has, in the past, been excellent and that is why I am feeling very disappointed.--mysteryone.
