My review is actually 5* for the product. It's 3* for the customer service. Which wasn't bad (I was able to call and chat), it's just that it was quite inaccurate. Initial email said it would ship on a Thursday. When it didn't? I chatted. Was told it would ship Friday. When it didn't, I called. Was told it would ship that evening. When it didn't, was told it would ship before they closed. It didn't. It finally shipped Monday (since they are closed on weekends).
Seriously? Just tell me it will ship day X...even if it's in the future. When ordering a blind item over $1k, you want to feel like it's a legitimate purchase. When you are told things that don't happen? Makes it look shady.
In reality. The earrings were great for the price, and I do know diamonds. Didn't want amazing one's because these look good enough, and they fit the bill. Will shop there again and again, but with reduced expectations for "when it will really ship" :) --Evan Rubin.
