For what I paid, I was not over expecting. What I was expecting was a blue stone as pictured. What I received, even in bright sunlight was gunmetal grey to black. Very disappointed. Will return, just cannot get used to a black stone. Really wanted to love this.
Black sapphires come mainly from Australia and are mined in large quantities. This variety of sapphire is very cheap and is considered low grade. I did not order black .-- Sapphire and Halo Diamond Vintage.

Place my order on December 17th and the website stated, “Guaranteed by Christmas”. Paid the extra charge for next day shipping and the 24th rolls by and nothing. No information on the site about my order. Spoke with customer service and was told that I could email Jason the supervisor, which never responded after sending multiple emails. Did get an email from the “CEO” saying sorry and that I could print out this nice picture of the ring. Well after multiple request to know where the ring was located, I was lied to three times about when it had shipped out. I reached my final frustration when I was told there was no way to locate the ring because the New York office was closed for Covid. So I asked for a full refund. Well today is the 4th of January and I have no ring, no refund and was told there was no way to track either one on their website. I would caution anyone from doing business with a company that is unable to track purchases or refunds!--Topher.
