SuperJeweler.com is dedicated to ensuring the satisfaction of your jewelry purchase and our services. If for any reason you aren't satisfied with any of our diamond rings, wedding bands, fine gemstone jewelry, and more, you can return it in its original condition for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. If you have any questions about our return procedure, we encourage you to please
contact us.
Please remember that shipping charges, however, are not refundable unless you receive a damaged or incorrect item.
Returns and exchanges can be made within these guidelines.
Returning your order
1.Place all the original packaging in the box, including the appraisal and the diamond certificate. (The diamond certificate carries a $250 replacement fee.) For security reasons, please do not write SuperJeweler.com anywhere on the outside of the box.
2. On your invoice, if the price of the item you're returning
is listed as:
o Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure
to ship your item fully insured, and
request a return receipt for confirmation that your
shipment has reached its destination.*
o More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service
Registered Mail™, insured for the
total value of the contents, and request a return receipt
for confirmation that your shipment
has reached Superjeweler.com. * (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.)
3. Please ship your item to our receiving center at: 20 East 46th St.,
Suite 1201A, New York, NY 10017.
Once your items are received, they will then be reviewed by
our Quality Control department. You will receive e-mail notification
regarding your return or exchange within seven business days.
Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages
will be returned to sender. Items that show signs of wear
or have been resized, engraved, altered, or damaged in any
way cannot be accepted for return.
