| I had to call to get my order filled. The customer service lady that answered the the phone was very pleasant. She checked my order and assured me I would have it in time for Christmas. I feel if I didn''t call my order would have been missed. |

| These diamonds are very poor color, cloudy and not good quality. I had bought others for similar price and gotten much clearer whiter diamonds but these are greyish/tan color and not good at all. A bit misrepresented IMHO. Caveat emptor.... |
